How often should I have my caravan or motorhome serviced?

We recommend caravan servicing and motorhome habitation checks every 12 months, in line with manufacturer guidelines. If your vehicle is used frequently, additional servicing may be beneficial.

What is included in a caravan service, and how long does it take?

What do you require for a mobile service at my home or storage site?

We need:

-Clear access around your vehicle (at least shoulder-width on both sides)

-A hard, level surface

-Parking close to the vehicle

-Access to water and electricity where possible (not essential - we can power the vehicle from our service van)

-Please ensure all locks are removed and the caravan or motorhome is ready for servicing when we arrive, as we cannot move vehicles on behalf of customers.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards or cash, payable immediately upon completion of the work.

Can you carry out remedial or follow-up work identified during a service?

Yes. Our fully stocked mobile workshop allows us to complete most safety-related repairs on the spot, including brake components, gas fittings, water fittings, and electrical connections. More specialised repairs may require ordered parts or a separate booking. For major work such as body repairs or damp treatment - we can recommend trusted local workshops that specialise in these areas.
